Firstly, the actuality and background of remote monitor and controlling and fault diagnosis was presented and the method of fault diagnosis was introduced. Then, this paper illustrated a remote monitor and controlling and fault diagnosis system for area water supply.The paper pay more attention to the principle and the method of the fault diagnosis of the area water supply system especially using the computer to implement the controlling and monitoring on PSTN. This thesis provides a way of remote programming. In order to facilitate the user, we also design a friendly remote communication interface with Visual Basic6.0, Microsoft Access etc, which can be used to transfer data collected in remote distances and to set parameters of frequency inverter through telephone line by the PC in the central controlling room. Then partial program codes, the circuit and flow chart of every module were introduced in detail.In addition, the paper introduced the method of the fault diagnosis for frequency inverter and motors etc., and applied the expert system based on fault tree analysis to the fault diagnosis of area water supply system. |
