The modern industry has the characteristics of large-scale equipment,continuous production,high degree of automation and high degree of economy,once the equipment cause failures,they may bring huge economic losses,and even catastrophic accidents.Fault diagnosis technology can prevent,reduce or eliminate the occurrence of the fault,whitch is of great significance to improve the security,reliability and effectiveness of the system.Therefore,the development of intelligent and practical fault diagnosis system is very necessary.However,currently most of the fault diagnosis software are for purpose application without common fault diagnosis software.In this paper,on the basis of the analysis of various methods of fault diagnosis,the expert system is choosed as the main research object,and design the fault diagnosis software platform with the features of the traditional expert system.the fuzzy expert system and the fault tree diagnosis.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Integrated database is designed,which maps the performance of different ways and different sources of information into symptom events,and specific mapping is designed.2.Through the analysis of knowledge representation and diagnosis principle of different types of expert systems,expert system knowledge base is designed,which change the traditional generative rules into INPUT-OUTPUT structure rules,so that it can describe the knowledge representation of traditional rules,fuzzy rules and other forms,and enhance the rule representation capability.The INPUT-OUTPUT structure can also use rules of inference control information for conflict resolution,and improve the efficiency of reasoning.3.The fault tree diagnosis module is designed,which can organize and manage multi fault tree and reduce the difficulty of establishing a single fault tree for large and complex systems.It can determine the fault tree diagnosis order by setting priority.4.The function of fault tree graphical display and automatic display function is designed,which can simply and efficiently establish,maintain and analyze the fault tree.5.It combine the designed expert system with the fault tree,and design the inference mechanism of the fault diagnosis software platform,above all,the software platform of fault diagnosis is designed and written.Expert system,as a kind of intelligent diagnosis,is widely used in the field of fault diagnosis and has high efficiency and accuracy.Through the design of integrated database,rule base,fault tree,it enhance the knowledge representation of the system to make it more applicable.The rule reasoning and fault tree reasoning method is designed by using the designed knowledge base,and combine them to form the inference mechanism of fault diagnosis software platform.Finally,through the application of the Launch vehicle electrical system fault diagnosis project and the fault diagnosis method based on the three ratio method,the fault diagnosis software platform is verified universality and effectiveness.
