Along with continuous increasing on the need of education in our country, the education resources in the college (university) have been found too limited. It becomes important and important to find a good way to enhance the college (university) education level, to provide the opportunity of the higher education for more persons, and to promote information-based development of the high school at the same time, with making good use of the modern information technology. Along with the various development of information technology, the educational administration management, the teaching management, various education systems and exam system etc also gradually have developed into maturity;"The graduation design (dissertation)"is the important teaching link of the higher education, so" the guiding system on the design project for graduation (dissertation)" take the very important position, but because of various reasons, its realization still places in the blank, still being treated in the research to develop.CBD (Component-based development) is the standard method system of the software development, after the object-oriented technique (OOT). It is easy to reuse, making not only easy to software development for the designer, but also to customer makes to order with their own applied characteristics. Using the component technique, we can achieve the software system easy as using wooden blocks. So carrying out CBD to the software development, we can short the period, lower the maintenance cost.This design is order to develop" the guiding system on the design project for graduation (dissertation)", and try to find a new way to make the teacher provide an on-line environment to guide students to finish graduation design (dissertation), with making use of the modern component technique, network technique, database technique, multi-media technique, and combine the calculator assistance education, information-based education principle.The aim of carrying out CBD is to make use of the characteristics and advantages of the component technique (high efficiency, low cost, vivid construction, easy enlargement, strong and easy transplant).This dissertation mainly discussed the design technique and realization of that system.
