In June 2016,China officially became the 18 th member of the Washington Accord,which indicates that China's higher education will adopt international standards for education reform and the construction of engineering education,which will help improve the quality of China's higher engineering education.Establish a professional certification system that is in line with international engineering education,and realize the international mutual recognition of engineering professional education in China.Engineering education is an important part of China's higher education.China needs engineering talents,colleges and universities undertake this task,and engineering education certification standards provide standards for the training of engineering talents in universities.The core of engineering education professional certification standards is implementation results orientation.Education is a kind of eligibility evaluation oriented to the training objectives and graduation export requirements,that is,organizing teaching activities according to graduation requirements,and evaluating the whole process of talent cultivation,so as to finally realize the engineering goal of talent cultivation.This paper designs a student ability achievement degree evaluation system based on engineering education certification standards to quantitatively evaluate students' ability achievement.The work of this paper is as follows:(1)Taking the computer science and technology major of the college as the evaluation object,the research and research on the process of measuring the capacity of students is carried out.Firstly,according to the 12 engineering education certification standards,the article refines and decomposes one by one,determines the graduation requirements and index points,and then points the index points to support the curriculum,forming a three-layer nested circulation evaluation system for graduation requirements,index points and supporting courses.(2)In this paper,the Delphi method,the analytic hierarchy process and the neural network method are used to set the weights of indicators at all levels,and a certain comparison is made to make the setting of index weights more objective;(3)Through the data of historical graduates to correct the system weight,after continuously correcting and perfecting the relevant parameters and weights of the system,the calculation results of the evaluation system are closer to the actual value;(4)by calculating the corresponding achievement of each graduation requirement index point On the basis of this,the results of the course evaluation are calculated,that is,the degree of achievement of the course objectives,so that the degree of achievement of graduation requirements and the degree of achievement of individual ability can also be evaluated.Through the evaluation of the achievement of students' ability,the results of the evaluation data can be timely feedback to students,teachers and teaching administrators,timely check the problems in the teaching activities,correct the talent training process,and finally achieve the graduation requirements.Achieve the goal of talent development.As a result,professional self-evaluation and self-improvement have been promoted,so that professional teaching can meet the standards of talent training and meet the needs of the society,so as to continuously improve the quality of engineering education and gradually integrate with international engineering education.
