IT is one of the greatest scientific achievements in our current days and it hasbeen applied in every field. The development of IT has a great impact on education.It's an important subject in the field of education and science that how to use IT toimprove the teaching methods and cultivation of innovative persons. With such asituation subject-based learning websites rise.With IT as its main tools, subjects-learning as a key clue and self-regulation andcooperation as the main character, subject-based learning website is not only ahumane study method which presents students' main body completely, but also a wayof cultivating students' innovation ability.According to the actual practice of subject-based learning websites from itsbeginning, this kind of study method is still in an initial stage. So we pose thebased-on ASP.NET subject-based learning website. The system leads learners to studyand probe on the basis of Microsoft's latest .NET technology. It provides some goodnetwork cooperative tools for learning and self-evaluation, which help to cultivatelearners' abilities of self-research and innovation.There're four chapters:Chapter one introduces some theoretic knowledge about subject-based learningwebsite,current situations and significance of the research at home and abroad.Chapter two expounds some scientific theories and technologies supportingsubject-based learning website in terms of the development of educational reform.Chapter three elaborates the ideology of subject-based learning website,combining with "network technology", and also designs modules of the website"network technology".Chapter four explains how to realize modules of the website "networktechnology ", and design databases using ASP.NET and XML.
