Social informationization brought by information technology is now changing much: thepattern of the society, the style of increasing economy, the style of people’s life and thought.With the development of the information technology, the era is changing: from the industrialeconomy to the knowledgeable economy, from the era of reading and writing to the one oflistening and watching, ie, the fictitious era or the digital era. The development of the currentsociety needs us value it from the primary school students and we should foster their scientificresearch spirit and creative spirit. The task now is relying on their science lessons. While theeffect of current science lessons is not so good as we expected because of many reasons: belack of teachers and teaching sources;the limit of class time; the difference between urbanand city and the difference among different areas.By the design and development of learning website for the subject of science in grade3in primary schools, the article analyzed the contemporary teaching situation, the request to theteachers, students and materials, and promoted the necessity of developing the special subjectlearning website. Facing such situation, the author designed seven models to help the studentsstudy the course in a new style of self-directed learning, research, and cooperation. Finally itwas proved that this new style can mostly finish the expected task.In chapter I, the article analyzed the course standard, training target, current teachingsituation of the subject of science and give the reasons of setting up learning website for thisspecial subject.In chapter II, by understanding the implement suggestion and assessment suggestionfrom the course standard to the science subject in primary school and analyzing the teachers,students, materials, the article designed all the functions of different models of this website.In chapter III, it introduced the surrounding, the technology of the website andscreenshots and source code which help achieve those functions.In chapter IV, the article had a test and application to the website and proved that it canmostly finish the expected target.In chapter V,the article made a conclusion and promoted a new expectation.
