With the rapid development of campus informationization, and the expansion of the network in size, it is a requirement for Network Management System that how to administrate network well, arrange resources efficiently and maximize benefits. There're two kinds of popular network management products nowadays. One kind is not fit for the campus network because of its simple function. The other one is large enterprise level network management system. Due to high cost, it's not suited for the campus network. Therefore integrating some independent functions of network management systems is needed urgently during the process of campus network informationization.In view of on the current enterprise application integration products whose integrated ability is bad, flexibility is poor, interoperability is not very well, and model lacks the support of Service technologies, this paper proposes Web Service based on Enterprise Application Integration model-NC-EAI, which is advanced in loose-couple, low cost, precise reaction and high integration ability, etc. The main topic of this paper is about the architecture of the Web Services enterprise application integration, the enterprise application integration model and the implementation of partial process on the model.Firstly, in this paper, the system structures of four common used EAI systems have, been introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of the recent popular distributed techniques have been analyzed. According to these disadvantages, this paper proposed EAI systems based on Web Services., which are bridge over all kinds of platforms. This EAI systems based on Web Services can merge information resources of enterprises by spanning the edges of techniques and enterprises, which is just the deficiency of mostly EAI systems.Secondly, on the basis of Web services distributed technology and multi-story enterprises structure, we defined a EAI model based on Web services, and it is NC-EAI system meta model, which integrates the data integration model, application on interfaces models, communications models, workflow models, a registered model and security model, etc. We emphasizes the process of data mapping and transformation, application interfaces models and the workflow model.
