The world is a rapidly changing environment, and software system's new functionality and quick time-to-market are vital if one is to gain competitive advantage. Businesses need to integrate systems, automate processes, and provide their partners with access to key data and services in a uniform, open way. A potential stumbling block, however, is that many companies support very diverse computing environments, in which different Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) use proprietary protocols to access data and intercommunicate. Therefore, a good solution of Enterprise data and application integration to this proprietary puzzle lies in using a combination of Web services and J2EE Connector Technology. Firstly, this paper analyzes the evolvement course of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) inside and outside. In order to implement information circulation inside and outside of the enterprises, it brings forward a combined EAI framework based on Web Services and J2EE Connector Architecture technologies after it analyzes and studies some issues of the integrating models, design methods, implementing plans and framework and so on during the course of Enterprises'implementing EAI in detail. With the example of the E-Commerce system of ChongQing QingGui material management system (offered by ChongQing JINOU Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd), the framework is successfully put to use into developing of the system and it gets a better practical effect, then it is concluded that the EAI framework brought forward by the research of task is advanced and feasible. So, Web Services and J2EE Connector Architecture are very fit for integrating different types of EIS in B2B cooperating surrounding based on web. On the basis of above work, this system not only meets the business demand of material management in the enterprise, but also implements Enterprise Application Integration inside and outside, and solves the problems of isolated information in it by using EAI framework that brought forward by the research of task. the system shows very practical value on the promotion of adopting EAI technologies and the IT application of our national material management industry. In the end, the paper discusses some secure technical issues about prototype and makes a conclusion and perspective.
