| Telecom enterprise is the key of informationization construction. How to speed the construction of these enterprises, and advance the degree of informationization are realized problem which domestic informationization industry must face. The NGOSS introduces series of documents, information models and codes. It analyses enterprise kernel operation flows and information techniques, and introduces a set of system frameworks to guide OSS construction and a set of component methods to design plug-and-play OSS. These will be more accord with requirements of operations merchants, and will make system exploitation be more quick, flexible, and inexpensive.Agent technique is a kind of distributed artificial intelligence technique, which is applied widely in many fields. The MAS is mainly focus on a set of agents, and cares how these agents finish a special task through negotiation and programming. It emphasizes particularly on how to harmonize behaviors of agents and how these agents communicate and harmonize with each other through respective knowledge, object, strategy and plan.Through analysis of telecom system, and combining with NGOSS principles and agent technique, this paper firstly introduces that simulating eTOM operation flows and function modules with agent. Then, This paper designs a SID model based on agent which is used to reconstruct telecom system. Thirdly, this paper draws a conclusion that agent technique is a kind of important technique to realize TNA theory through characteristics of agent and TNA. Finally, this paper designs a telecom enterprise supply chain and an electronic commerce model based on agent which are expanded to dynamic enterprise modeling based on MAS. |
