Research On Theory And Method Of Network-based Cooperative Commerce Chain

With the rapid development of modern science leading by information technology and incessant progress of social productivity, the commercial mode has been changed drastically. The enterprises are confronted with much more pressure in competition, such as, unceasing enhancement of the cost of purchasing, faster speed of product updating, sharp changes of market demands, the diversification and individuation of clients' requirements, etc. Coordination will accelerate the progress of society and competition will expedite the development of enterprises. Under the circumstances, in order to develop continuously, it's an actual problem that how enterprises coordinate the interior and exterior resources and develop harmoniously in the "game". Especially, after China's accession to WTO, with the trends of globalization, Electronic Commerce is developing rapidly, the theories of supply chain and other related fields is being studied in detail, the production mode of large-scale ordering is coming. Now, it's necessary to ponder how enterprises can survive with measures of network and thoughts of coordination chain and how enterprises develop with a new mode of commerce in the future.Supported by the National 863/CIMs fundamental research project?Study on the methodology about CIMS based on Internet/Intranet"(No.863-511-941-008), based on the theories of system, information and control, we studied the theories, architecture and methods of network cooperative commerce and developed a prototype system of practical value. By combining theory with practice, we discuss the theories and methods of Network-based Cooperative Commerce Chain (NCCC) comprehensively and deeply in this dissertation.Chapter 1, begun with the evolvement of production mode caused by information technology, after the analyses of mighty impacts of E-commerce on traditional manufacturing, the purpose and significance of the research are expatiated according to the analyses of the current application of information technology in domestic enterprises. On the basis of the further analyses of research status quo of supply chain, the thoughts of studies about NCCC are presented and the general framework of the dissertation is established. Finally, the main innovative points of the dissertation are described.Chapter 2, based on the concepts of cooperative science, the connotation of NCCC is interpreted. By means of the principle of system science, cooperative effect and cooperative symbiosis of enterprises commerce chain are analyzed thoroughly. Based on the idea of cooperative game competition, the relations between competition and cooperation among enterprises are analyzed. At the point of cybernetics, the positive feedback mechanism of NCCC is discussed. And grounded on the analyses mentioned above, the economic effects of NCCC are expounded by adopting the function model of information economics. Furthermore, by applyingCSCW method (Computer Supported Cooperative Work), the quomodo of distributed cooperative work in commerce chain are studied as well as the cooperative mode of commerce community.Chapter 3, the characteristics of four-dimension space and the model of configuration about NCCC are analyzed firstly. Then, the cooperative layout, competition, restriction and harmony between enterprises are described within the cooperative framework and the methods of research of NCCC, which based on commerce main body, are determined. On the basis of analysis of commerce model in network, the concept of cooperative commerce intelligent agent is presented. During the analytical process of theoretic model of commerce main body, the modeling method and architecture of NCCC are discussed. Based on these analyses, the key elements of NCCC are discussed and the modeling process of commerce intelligent agent of NCCC is expounded.
