Mobile communication technology has been developing rapidly in both china and abroad, and the wireless communication network is gradually integrated into internet. Meanwhile, as an essential way to improve the competition of enterprises, Enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, SCM, have brought great improvements to the productivity. Foresighted enterprises begin to think about the extension of enterprise application systems to mobile terminals in order to access information and manage business more conveniently without the restrictions of time and location. Enterprise Mobile Application (EMA) is a field that begins to thrive and will improve the competition of enterprises. This paper makes a theoretical analysis on EMA and a comparison between typical resolutions. Then it proposes an EMA structure based on Web Services which supports week coupling, well-integrated and extensible EMA. Mobile client sends requests with parameters to Web Services, and Web Services send results to client after access the existed business logic of system. The two points interact based on Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP).This paper implements a mobile CRM system based on the proposed structure. It uses MVC design-pattern on the entire system to ensure the extensibility and uses C/S structure on client due to the weakness of mobile devices on computing, displaying and interacting. It also concerns about the design of UI, local storage and the granularity of Web Services to improve the efficiency and reliability of mobile CRM.
