Currently, the mobile has already become the indispensable communication facilities, no longer remote as former , but was more and more used in the common people's work and life. Everywhere,such as on the avenue, in the market, in the company, you can see perple who communicate with each other with the mobile. The mobile utilization ratio and the improvement of quality of mobile are gradually enhancing the service of mobile. In order to seize the market, the mobile developers are developing more and more mobile applications, and the mobile operators are developing every wireless data increment service. The increment service involves in a lot of areas, provide much service, such as games, entertainments, news, geography information and so on. Specially the game and the geography information are very popular. Regarding of the developments of services, we have to make full use of some high technology. Considered the different support to mobile platform,a lot of develops develop applications in Java. Java has three editions, J2ME is the edition which is used to develop mobile applications.The J2ME technology is popular in the current field which is a platform supporting developing wireless applications.J2ME technology is to be able to make full use of Java technology, which develops the application on the mobile, and can realize many complex functions. Along with the J2ME technology development, even more and more obvious superiority appears in the wireless network service, and most mobiles merchant are likely to support J2ME technology. In the world, Java mobile are popular, Java mobile users are as much as 100 million.In the world, the J2ME technology has already attracted a lot of merchants and companies. Along with the expansion of J2ME areas, along with the development of network technology, J2ME technology will obtain a broader market which is based on the mobile. Every kind of wireless data increment service, every kind of mobile applications including the mobile game, the pronunciation service, the news, the media, the geography information localization will be preferred by people. At present, the young people are attracted by the mobile game.How to apply picture processing technology to the mobile game appears interesting. The geography information service also has a very big development space at present. Using a electronic map or seeking a road by the mobile seems easier than taking a normal map.We can also apply some algorithms to expand its application.The paper conducts the research of J2ME technology's application on thewireless data increment service, simultaneously contains some algorithm. According with massive Chinese documentations and foreign documentations about J2ME technology, in this article two jobs is finished:Applying the picture processing technology to the designing of game, and applying most short-path algorithm to the way's seeking.The article is organized as following structure:Firstly, author introduced J2ME framework and some knowledge and technology in relation with J2ME including the frame , allocation , simple form , suppositional machine, platform and so on.Secondly, author introduced the content and characteristic of wireless data increment service and analysed Consumer's behaviors; Author express some idears about how to expand the service.Finally, author researched the application of J2ME technology applied in wireless data increment service; Author applied the picture processing technology to the designing of game, and applied most short-path algorithm to the way's seeking.The area of research is so vast that just some aspects are done in this page , many aspects could be researched in the future.The main jobs are as follows:1.Having introduced the J2ME framework and relevance technology , including the frame, allocation, simple form, suppositional machine, platform and so on.2.Having analysed content and characteristics of wireless data increment service , analysed consumer behavior and analysed how to extend the content of service.3.Having analysed the "application of J2ME technology in mobile telephone game designing, including design method, RPG game designing and so on.4.Having analysed the application of J2ME technology in geographic information system, including basic knowledge of geographical information system and means of space data and so on, the application of electronic map including personal version and online version. Modified the most short-path algorithm and applied it to the way's seeking.
