Virtual Reality (VR) technique is a human-computer interaction technique,which simulates the people's action of looking & listening & moving vividly.VR is active in the current realm of high-tech. It is combined with the computergraphics, multi-media technique, artificial intelligence and transducertechnique, and is widely applied in the area of aviation, spaceflight andentertainment. Heating industry is a traditional industry related with thenational economy and the people's livelihood. With the contradiction ofincreasing heating requirement and reducing energy, seeking intelligentmeasure and control, and heating simulation have become the imminentrequirement.The paper makes heating system as the research object, puts forward andresearches the three-dimension video detecting structure blue print in heatingproduction based on VR. The mathematic model of combustion in hearth isbuilt after the full analyzing of the coal combustion mathematic model.The three-dimension video model building method of hearth blaze is putforward and the connecting method of measurement dynamic data-base and VRdata-base on the virtual instrument (VI) plat is given. Three-dimension videodynamic detecting of boiler combustion is realized.Boiler production process measurement and control system is designedusing VRML. The three-dimension imaging of equipment's circumjacentenvironment is realized. Virtual instrument boiler process control system andthree-dimension video detecting system are integrated. The system finally hasthe functions of three-dimension video dynamic detecting, real-timehuman-computer interaction, real-time on-line measurement,data processing,display, inquiring and so on.The simulation results show that the built mathematic model can expressthe whole combustion condition in the boiler and the application of VR toheat-supply system is feasible. The built heat-supply simulation system canrealize all the functions of detecting system and is a good try.
