Time Domain Electromagnetic Methods, that is, Transient Electromagnetic (TEM) methods, which utilizes re-line untouched to ground (big re-line or magnetism even source) or electricity power touched to ground (electricity-even-source), it sends the first field and measures the induced electromagnetic field (the second field) changed with time which is created by underground substance. So it can measure the position of underground inhomogeneous substance and estimate its scale and electricity capability. Compared with other methods, it is much easier to penetrate through high resistance area, it's harder to be disturbed by other sources man-made, it's simple and easy going, it has information in abundance, high precision, and it's economical and taking effect quickly. So much advantages it has that it has been widely used and developed. In these years, it has been taking effect in many fields such as in mineral resource, in oilfield, in coalfield, prospecting, frozen earth, ocean geology .etc. It is promising in industrial scatheless inspection, architectural quality inspection, underground conduit quality inspection, underground archaeology. Traditional appeared form of TEM inversion interpretation is horizontal -slice image, vertical slice image or compounding-slice image. It just reflects the resistivity variation of a certain layer. It is hard to reflect the structure of the stratum. The study on the visualization 3D stratum by using TEM inversion interpretation data can reflect the structure of the stratum clearly and directly. In this paper we'll discuss how to make the visualization 3D stratum model by the compounding of C++ Builder and VRML and draw solid slice image of the resistivity. This paper is based on the clue of the process of the 3D stratum visualization programming. It includes five parts as following: Part One tells us the erection of the visualization 3D stratum project and study situation.
