Monitoring technology is the technology that is used extensively in many fields, and it is developing constantly, such as from the most original monitoring in the scene of person to the network monitoring. But, the present remote monitoring system use the two-dimensional interface or adopt technology of video. However, there is relatively great distance in their two-dimension user's interface and actual industry scene; The display mode for the scene is not image and directly perceived. Monitoring system based on the pattern of video process need transmit a great of data and the quality of width of network is high for client. Others, there is no way to realize some intelligence operation. So, We apply virtual reality based on VRML to remote monitoring system, and designs a visual supervise and control environment of three-dimension virtual monitoring system through vision, Visual three- dimension of dynamic parameters. Then, it did several works as follow.First, the model of static virtual scene is completed after analyzing the method of making virtual scene and the files of VRML is optimized. For the more,the simple problem in virtual scene is resolved with the interactive mechanism of VRML language.Secondly, the method to implement complex function with JSAI is analyzed. Then, resolved the problem of number-input by making number panel in virtual scene and resolved the problem of anamorphic dynamic undee graphics with the technology of multithreading and the method of making buffer at client.Thirdly, the movement model of virtual human is made by the analysis for human movement model. Also the issue for the traditional path planning is researched. Then, the traditional cell-based method is optimized and improved according to the fact, and is used to resolve the method of path planning whenvirtual human walk in static virtual scene. The efficiency of temporal is better than the old method.Finally, the holistic frame of virtual remote monitoring system is analyzed and designed. Also function for monitoring and querying is come true.
