Electric power supervisor control and data acquisition(SCADA) system is the important way of ensuring electric network security, stabilization and economical run.At the same time, the SCADA system provides the methods of monitoring the state of running and collecting the data. These methods are the effective measures in the electric power supervisor control and data acquisition system.The thesis analyses the new pattern distribution automation system based on Windows NT including the hardware structure, software structure, function, performance and technical characteristic. In the course of analysis, the thesis discribes detailedly the basic business flow, the partition of function modularity, the design of interface, the design of database and the design of security too.The system is based upon Windows NT. The thinking of design is the combination of the structure of distribution, C/S and B/S. The development of system applies the techniques of OOA and OOD. These techniques include some software development tools, real-time database techniques, script techniques, component techniques of binary system and the redundancy techniques of backup of double networks and double mainframes. These techniques improve the reliability, flexibility, generality and expansibility.
