The traditional grid data collection and monitoring work is a manual inspection record.Although it is difficult to find equipment defects in a timely and accurate manner,even if it is added to the automation module later,it will delay the timely detection and processing of equipment defects,and there is no way to quickly troubleshoot the faults.This will bring huge hidden dangers to the safety production work.The current data collection methods are inefficient and have a high error rate,and cannot form a standardized and standardized management mode.Therefore,Liaoyang Power Grid should introduce information technology,automation and other technologies into the grid data collection and monitoring management,and develop an advanced data acquisition and monitoring system.This paper mainly studies the background and current situation of grid data collection and monitoring business,and analyzes the function of Liaoyang City grid data acquisition and monitoring system.Through the use case diagram and use case description,comprehensive display,combined monitoring,query statistics,device management,Data analysis and system management and other requirements analysis,and analysis of system reliability,security,ease of use and maintainability,scalability,user capacity requirements.The overall design scheme of the system is given,including functional structure design,network deployment structure design,database design work,etc.The detailed design of each function of the system is completed through the sequence diagram.The J2 EE development platform was selected,and the system was implemented using the JAVA development language and Oracle database.The system has basic data maintenance,data collection,data analysis,comprehensive display,combined monitoring,query statistics and other functions.At the same time,the system has the characteristics of high reliability,good security,easy to use and maintain,and good expandability,and the user capacity meets the actual requirements.The test shows that the system realizes the standard data collection of the power grid and the automatic inspection and monitoring of the equipment,which can detect hidden dangers in time,quickly eliminate faults,improve the intelligent level of the power grid,improve the safe and stable operation of the power system,It can also improve the whole operation and management of the substation.
