The security and smooth operation of the electric power department are the basis of safty and stable steady production for the oil field. Matching with changes of the electricity is one of electric power department's important services. Along with the development of computer technology and network technology, it's increasingly urgent to establish electric long-distance supervisory system based on Internet and Intranet technology. The study to electric power long-distance transmission and monitoring system, based on UDP, TCP/IP agreement and CDT, N4F electric power rules, will have an inportant significance.This article has conducted the research to matched changes based on Internet and the Intranet technology's long-distance supervisory system. This article introduced basic principle of realizing long-distance monitoring, the system overall structure and the data long-distance transmission. On the other hand some essential technology has been discussed in order to develop a monitoring system. The system make comprehensive use of network communication technology to realize long-distance access and the control between a WAN'S network equipment and another monitoring equipment. This systemcan be applied to many domains.Yhe program of electric power long-distance transmission observes the specific stipulation of electric power information long-distance transmission standard. It realized the electric power information long-distance monitoring and information sharing by multi-purpose controls and powerful database function that the Delphi language provides. The man-machine dialogue vividly simulates real operation scene, Which make the management of electric power dispatching the faster more convenient and so enhances the safty of electric power system operation.After we gave consideration to the real scene and realbrowse plenty of correlation data base on N4F and CDT standard. We choose to use some newest technology method and advanced programming method to ehance the security and reliability of dispatching run-on.
