For a long time,the calculation of electric energy data in electric power enterprises is based on manual or semi manual operation of electric energy meters.In the process of actual meter reading,meter reader is not only easy to make mistakes,but also trouble and effort,in fact,it increases the net loss rate.With the end of distribution and transformation of the power system in the Inner Mongolia area,"a table,tube electric household" policy,the rapid expansion of power network,the power supply enterprises of growing electricity network management tasks,how large and scattered residents of electricity and other data and effectively to collect and statistics the electricity sector become a thorny problem.Therefore,the power supply enterprises urgently need to adopt the latest modern technology,timely,accurately and comprehensively reflect the situation of electricity,and less investment,convenient installation and maintenance,reliable communication,accurate measurement of the electric energy meter remote centralized meter reading system solutions,to solve the problem of management of increasingly large electricity users,improve the electricity sector efficiency and automation management level.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of power customer information collection and monitoring system.First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,explains the background of the system and the significance of the marketing management of the power major customers after the research and development.Then,the research status of power customer information collection and monitoring at home and abroad is analyzed.The problems of power information collection and monitoring in China and abroad are analyzed,and the research ideas of related work are also given.Then,the related technologies of the system are summarized,including the communication mode and network model used by GPRS,power line communication technology.Then the system needs analysis,firstly,the overall analysis of the system,and then through the use case diagram describes the realization of system function,describes the overall system requirements,the system of some of the major cases in detail,use case form and activity diagram detail case logic.In addition to the system's functional requirements,the system non functional requirements are described,and then the system of data modeling,using the entity relationship diagram describes between entities in thesystem of contact.Then it introduces the design and Realization of the system,first introduces the logical structure of the system,the system is divided into hierarchical structure,is conducive to the system and building the hierarchical development,then the system functional decomposition,using functional decomposition diagrams,the system is divided into several main modules,and detailed function of the system described by class diagram and sequence diagram design of the main modules of the system,and then construct the logical structure of the database,the data modeling phase entity structure diagram logic relation diagram was adjusted,logic structure diagram describes the database table structure,attributes and foreign key relationships.The integrity of the testing system,the test environment is introduced,and then the function of the test system,the test case function module of the system test,then the system non functional requirements were tested,including performance,maintainability and usability test it indicated that the system has reached the design requirements.The real.time acquisition,processing and monitoring information for electric power customers,achieve power customers full coverage and electricity information full acquisition,full support for cost control management,provide basic data timely,complete and accurate marketing information system,provide the basis for electrical information and data for the intelligent electricity service system is smart grid based electrical link.
