To build a dynamic, flexible and automated business environment in the Internet. Agent is the most powerful tool, because the intelligent Agent with autonomy, interaction, and response and other characteristics. Therefore, we can build a new generation e-commerce applications system by using Agent.In this paper multi-Agent technology are introduced into e-commerce transaction system that allows users to search for suitable commodities, and negotiating automatically commodity prices, quality and other factors auto-negotiation. Papers on KQML primitive behavior were expanded to support the Agents of the high-level, complex and multi-round interaction on the objectives and tasks, to achieve communication between the transactions.Finally, we use the Zeus Agent-based Java development tools design and realize multi-Agent-based trading system for trading the computer as an example. Simulate theis trading process.In this paper, we design and try an e-commerce intelligent transaction system based on the Multi-Agent from the theory, systems analysis, case studies of these three aspects.
