With the continuous expansion of enterprise scale, the deficiencies on the cooperation, intelligence, remote resource allocation and load balancing and so on of the traditional distribution management system (DMS) are gradually reflected. How to improve the above-mentioned characteristics of DMS has become the hot issue in the DMS research at this stage. This article makes the development of the cooperative distribution management system (CDMS) in the SCM as the background.Combine with OGSA, Agent and contract net to deeply discuss the design of the CDMS software architecture.Tries to build up a CDMS software model which can share and cooperatively schedule the distributed and remote physical resources fastly and effectively. The details are as follows.First, though the analysis for the workflow meta-model which proposed by WFMC, the workflow common framework of CDMS and the business process description template about BPEL were given. The function model of domain has been established according the domain of the CDMS. Then, the use case diagram and activity diagram of the CDMS has been established combine with UML. Besides, the process of distribution resource planning module in the CDMS has been described by BPEL.Second, based on the domain analysis, the software structure of CDMS based on the OGSA has been proposed; and combined with the grid resources scheduling model, proposed the distribution resources cooperative scheduling model based on MAS. And then improved the traditional contract net negotiation model and proposed the distribution resources cooperative scheduling strategy which is base on it. Besides, Expands KQML and uses it to describe the consultation process of the CDMS.Next, at the stage of domain design, used the software design methods of object/component-oriented and combined UML the object structure model of CDMS has been builded; moreover, the object structure was optimizesd by many optimize methods.Then, the behaviors of the object in the system was describesd by the interaction model and the state model of the object.Finally, given the development platform of the software and the configuration of the runtime environment; moreover, given the component diagram of the system and combined with the object structure of the CDMS and makes realizability description for each component by ACME.Later on, given the program implementation for the typical application in the system.The framework and optimize method of software model and the strategy of resource scheduling in this paper, which are used in the research on CDMS software, improved effectively and specifications of software development so it has certain theoretical significance and engineering practical value.
