Construction Of Product Information Library For Enterprise Cluster

Enterprise cluster takes the customer as the center in providing diversified product, besides it also faces information heterogeneous challenge that diversified products present. The paper proposed enterprise cluster products library for customer from enterprise cluster information sharing. Construction of product information library for enterprise cluster is to provide customers with unified product information expression and for the support of close cooperation of enterprises in cluster enterprise. Enterprises of the cluster provide the large amounts of heterogeneous product information based on web. This paper proposed the enterprise clusters product information modeling and expressions by using modeling methods and technology of parts-library standard (PLIB), aiming at these heterogeneous information. Therefore, in order to share and reuse enterprise clusters product information, the paper explored some key issue of the construction enterprise clusters product information library system. And as an example of injection molding machine enterprise clusters in Zhejiang area, injection molding machine enterprise clusters product information library based on web was constructed and developed. This paper mainly studied the content from the following three aspects:1,Enterprise clusters product information modeling and integration based on PLIB standardThe thesis expounded research significance and contents on the basis of the introduction of enterprise information sharing research status, web parts-library and PLIB standard modeling methods and technology. Enterprises provide a great deal of heterogeneous information of corporate and product for customers through enterprise website. Customers can acquire relevant information only by viewing the enterprise website. This paper proposed enterprise clusters product information modeling and integration method based on PLIB standard. It realized the unified modeling and expression of enterprise clusters product information, and analysed content and logical structure of the model and integration framework.2,Web product information finding and gaining for the enterprise clustersThe automatic acquisition and method of sampling product information was proposed from specific website by the analysis of information collection based on web. The web robot is responsible for the related resources downloaded from the Internet. The web content parser is responsible for gaining related web content of information resource. The paper analysed the web robot and web content parser based on web and had realized product information and analytical automatic acquisition of the injection molding machine enterprise clusters. It can guarantee the injection molding machine enterprise product information to update automatically.3,Web Product information library system construction and development for the enterprise clustersProduct sharing information library construction processing and detailed technical scheme of enterprise cluster was proposed.
