With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, various new advanced manufacturing technology emerge endlessly. However, as a crucial baffling problem inthe process of implement advanced manufacturing technology--the technology of part processinformation digital modeling virtual enterprise-oriented is not solved very well. This paper is put forward under such kind of background.Firstly, this paper introduced some theory about virtual enterprise and digital modeling of part process information and built the total structure model of flexiable process system virtual enterprise-oriented with the project that author researched. After that, the author researched the key technology of digital modeling of part process information in virtual enterprise, including the design of database of part process information and the extract of part process information. Finally, this paper developed a prototype system and made verification with a specific example.
