Based on the IPv6's next vision internet, there are such issues as how to adapt different technologies to obtain different functions and to follow different standards of every system as well as how to realize the sharing of the smooth communication and the data safety. These all add up to the huge problem we are facing nowadays. To solve the problem above, experts bring up many solutions which include the traditional transport protocols such as FTP, EMAIL etc, or just using WEB to input the data. In recent years, we also bring about the methods of DCOM/EJB, RMI and CORBA. Every method has, to some degree, its own advantages and some problems inevitably.First, the article introduces the basic principles of IPv6 and analyzes the transitional strategy from the current IPv4 network to IPv6 network. Then it sums up the current cross-network heteromerous data exchange technology, and next brings up it using Web Services and XML technologies accomplice cross-network heteromerous data exchange on the circumstances of IPv6. XML data standards lay a foundation for data exchange between applications of different nodes on WAN. In addition, Web Services make it possible that functions can be transferred between these applications. So in the next generation network circumstance based on IPv6, it's the perfect exchange method using XML and Web Services technologies to accomplish cross-network heteromerous data exchange. Next, the article studies how to solve the key problems in the cross-network heteromerous circumstances based on Web Services and XML exchange technologies, and brings up the system structure and overall framework of heteromerous data exchange model in the circumstances of IPv6.Finally, the requirement analysis and design plan of HangLvTong book system are introduced in this paper. The system structure can be introduced in details. In the circumstances of IPv6, how to accomplish the cross-network heteromerous data exchange based on Web Services and XML will also be introduced. Moreover, it introduces such subjects as how to build system data model XSD, develop anddeploy of Web Services and IPv6.
