Digital Campus Design And Implementation Of Web Services-based Data Exchange Platform

With the rapid development of science and technology and the great improvement of informalization level of universities, the service systems built in different periods may depend on different running environments and database platforms. With the passing of time and the continuous development of each service system, different forms of scattered data are formed. Most data source is heterogeneous, which makes it unable to share and forms a lot of"Information isolated island". These"Infromation isolated islands"hinder the useful data from being further utilized. How to use the current computer technology to realize the information interconnection between different service systems to improve the running efficiency and the accuracy of data becomes an urgent problem.First of all, aiming to solve the"Information isolated island"problem in the college, this thesis introduces the concept of data exchange on the data exchange platform, including Web Services technology, XML, ETL technology. Secondly, it analyzes the data exchange requirement of each service system in the college, and defines the construction purpose of the platform, the users and their administer permissions. It also defines the information standard; Web Service data interface technology specifications and brings up the idea of building common heterogeneous data exchange platform based on Web Services technology. Thirdly, it designs an overall framework of the data exchange platform based on the requirement analysis. Fourthly, it operationalizes the framework and implements the functions, which include the code maintenance, data exchange, shared data exchange, as well as the user's access authority, in order to implement data exchange between service systems. Finally, it tests the functions of data exchange of the platform, and verifies the effectiveness and stability of the platform by analyzing the results.
