With the appearance and widely application of the Internet, more and more people pay attention to the research on website usability which is a key to decide whether a website is good or not. For website, users experience usability of it through surfing web pages before purchase, which differs from other commodity, you have to purchase it then you start to use it and experience usability. So improving the website usability becomes very important. A so-called website with good usability is a website where users can find information easily and finish any task as soon as possible with satisfied experience. Time become more valuable in these years, so nobody would like to visit website with bad usability which will kill more time for finding information or something. The author develops an aid usability testing tool—UBAT (User Behavior Analysis tool) on the platform of Windows from the point of usability requirement in industry and the lack of usability experts in home. UBAT can capture stream of background, stream of mouse, the spot of notice etc. and it can also provide the function of remote testing, online direction and storage user behavior data. This paper introduces the concepts of the usability, user behavior, user behavior sorting and so on, and then puts forward web usability evaluating methods based on user behavior. Finally, the paper introduces the process of developing UBAT and two examples of usability testing with UABT. One is about TAOBAO, the other is about the spot of users' notice by simulating eye tracking, which proves the UBAT is helpful for usability testing. On the one hand UBAT improve the efficiency of usability testing. On the other hand UBAT save a lot of money and help the usability experts find some usability problems which are very hard to find through other traditional methods.
