With the development of science and technology and the progress of society,the scale of today's network continues to expand.The rapid development of various industries such as Communications,Education,Transportation,Enterprise,Finance and Government are increasingly dependent on modern network management platforms.Modern social network technology is developed,and various network devices are emerging one after another,including various business systems,databases,middleware,applications,hosts,storage,and even the network itself has exceptionally diverse characteristics.A certain sub-system composed of equipment from multiple different suppliers,or the same equipment carries multiple unrelated business processes or sub-processes,and its operation methods and protocols are essentially different.Most of the existing network management systems used in various industries are based on traditional network element monitoring,such as a management form that combines EMS and NMS.These management systems have their own unique management methods.Even under the same network,there may be different management methods depending on the region.During the operation of the server in the same computer room,there may also be multiple sets of monitoring systems,and it is impossible to understand the overall network from the perspective of macro analysis.With the gradual improvement of the development level of modern network technology in modern society,various cloud computing-based information centers or data centers are gradually being established.Whether the cloud computing data center can operate optimally and efficiently is closely related to the operation and maintenance management of the cloud computing data center.Based on the characteristics of J2EE technology such as cross-platform,strong scalability,high security,and self-adaptation,this paper proposes a network management and operation platform with a distributed multi-layer architecture of client/server/agent.Angular,Spring Boot,Spring MVC,MyBatis and other open source development frameworks are used.The platform modules use mcroservice-based distributed development technology,and the modules use consistent and open interfaces,which can well adapt to the wide distribution of network elements,centralized management,and system Interconnection requires higher demand.This article first explains the status quo and research significance of network resource management,and then introduces the technical architecture of the network management operation platform.Based on the research and summary of the domestic industry network management needs,the functional and non-functional requirements are analyzed,and then the platform system design is carried out.The hierarchical architecture,functional modules,database and interface design were discussed.After that,the detailed design and implementation of some functional modules of the platform were given.Finally,the platform testing was organized and implemented,and related work was summarized,and some remaining problems and solutions were put forward.At present,the platform has been deployed and successfully put into operation,providing enterprises with full end-to-end network management covering wide area networks and customer networks,becoming a safe,professional,and intelligent network traffic monitoring and troubleshooting platform for enterprises.
