Quantitative management is a basic work of the project management, andscientific quantitative management can make the all process of the software projecttransparently. This lecture has explained the weightiness of quantitative managementfrom the develop actuality, the domain which need quantitative management and thefamiliar methods of quantitative management .In the end, for example, use theanalogy method to estimate the scale of a software project.The original task management is passing through the plan written or meetingoral forms etc, but this not only waste time, has low efficiency but also difficult tocontrol the process. So a kind of effective method that carried effective managementto the work assignment is necessary.At first, we analyzed several kinds of famous quantitative management systems,then explains the system by there phases that requirement analysis, system design andrealization. Finally, sum up the process of development.This system is with J2EE's architectural structure settlement this managementproblem. Applying model building language that UML carries on needs analysis anddesign. By way of using two kinds of design models of trunk stream in the designnow that is template method pattern and singleton pattern,so the standardization andthe maintainability of program can be strengthened. Finally, issuing at Web on theserver, view by the browser.This system has solved how the reception person's process to be monitored bythe assignment person, produce the task and assign once more downward, datereport's real problems such as issues and checks up etc.
