With the "Internet +" and other ideas put forward, the major colleges and universities are beginning to focus on how to combine education and Internet technology to achieve higher education information, modernization. A very important part of the work of higher education is to understand the students' learning situation. Institutions of higher learning have always attached great importance to the assessment of student achievement. But for students usually grades of management, many institutions are used by teachers or manual records, accounting methods. On the students usually performance management of the workload is very large, and very cumbersome, if only by hand to complete, do not use any platform, the difficulty is too large, it will inevitably occur teachers on the merits of the merits of the situation. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a perfect university to generate a regular performance management system.This paper studies the status quo of college students' average achievement management, analyzes the benefits of group learning, the importance of quantifying the performance indicators, and the setting of dynamic conversion rules. Based on the theory of software engineering design, this paper puts forward the demand analysis of the students' usual achievement quantitative management system from the aspects of functional requirements, network architecture and database design, and divides the system into three subsystems: "administrator subsystem" Teacher subsystem "," student subsystem". The administrator subsystem serves the educational administration department, which mainly maintains the information generated by the teaching arrangement work. The teacher subsystem mainly maintains the information generated during the quantitative management process. The student subsystem mainly maintains the students' usual result details, the job submission and so on.At the same time, this paper studies how to realize the quantitative management system of college students' performance, and elaborates the realization process of the three subsystems, and shows the actual effect of the system. The implementation of the system is conducive to the promotion of the traditional management assessment model to the process-based quantitative management model change, reduce teachers due to subjective factors affect the students usually grade assessment of the situation, to solve the students' usual performance assessment of opaque, unjust problem. The system is structured, targeted, and perfect, which can meet all the functional requirements of colleges and universities in the process of college students' performance management.The system uses the Java Web development system based on the MVC model, the system interface is friendly, easy to use, the management is very convenient, the extensibility is excellent, is currently in Central China Normal University computer science school put into trial.
