With improvement of national economy, Power industry has become more important and gotten faster development, power grid is more and more complicated, information of management is growing faster and faster, and the request of user to electric power industry is also more and more strictly. Team is the basic unit of electric power enterprises and the final purpose, and construction of Information is the mark to judge the modernization management level of enterprise. This paper describes the background of Team Information Management System, the development of home and abroad, and then introduces the development tools and key technologies of the system. This work also analyses demand, designs the outline and details, implements and tests system during software development life cycle of the system.This paper is divided into seven parts: the portal, integrated monitoring, comprehensive management, business approval, evaluation management, leisure and entertainment and system management.
