The Design & Technique Research Of The Automatie Testing System For The Special Unit Circuit

This paper's main content is to give the design and correlative technique of the automatic testing system for a special unit circuit. The fault test, fault location and fault distinguish for unit circuit is called as unit circuit testing. Generally speaking,the most complicated unit circuits should be tested before mounted to achieve correct function and good quality.Therefore it's very valuable to design a special testing system for a kind of the complicated unit circuit.To realize the easily using capability and the function of analyzing and processing of the diagnosis data,the makeup of the unit circuit and the characters of the embedded testing software have been analyzed in this paper.According to the needs for testing,the system structure is made from the combination of the upper PC and the down embedding system.The detailed design of the testing system's total structure is put out according to the above research.The detailed research of the method and technique of the in-circuit test,functional test and bed-of-snails or flying-probe test is provided in this paper to realize the design of the special unit circuit testing system.For the power ripple must be tested in the unit circuit,the cause of the power ripple is analyzed in this paper.The testing technique and method of testing the power ripple is theoretical researched and an valuable and suitable way to test the power ripple is successfully issued.The detailed design of the software and hardware of the testing system according to the selection of the testing technique way is also included in this paper.Besides the testing procedure.the real testing data is also appeared in this paper. The result shows that the testing system has the characters of high reliability.friendly Interface and almost fully automation.
