Research And Design Of Circuit Board Test System Based On ARM

Printed Circuit Board(PCB)is an important component of electronic products.With the rapid development of electronic technology and the increasing demand of electronic products,the complexity of the circuit board is becoming higher and higher.In order to guarantee the quality of the products,the test requirements on the circuit board are also constantly improved during the production process of the products.The traditional manual test becomes more difficult to meet the requirements of large-scale production test in both the processing stage of circuit board and the production and assembly stage of electronic products.Therefore,the demand for the circuit board test system which can complete complex circuit test efficiently is also increasing.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and practice;studies the technique of automatic test system,circuit board testing as well as the related theory and the principle of ARM series controller;completes a design of circuit board function test system which includes circuit functional module ground impedance,automatic test of voltage signal and clock signal;the requirement of improving batch test quality and efficiency of circuit board through testing system is realized.The theoretical research content of this paper includes: first,study and analyze the testing principle,application scope,advantages and disadvantages of the four main testing methods(AOI,ICT,BST,FCT)on circuit board and determine the overall scheme of the testing system.Second,the design of system and the detailed hardware of the core module introduce the selection of main control chip STM32F103 VCT,signal selection circuit,impedance test circuit,voltage test circuit,communication circuit and test mode selection circuit and PCB design in detail.Third,the detailed design of the software of the core module introduce the software design of the control and measurement module in detail,and presents the realization process of the programs such as power-up initialization,hardware selfcheck,clock signal transmission,test of impedance and voltage.The practical contents of this paper mainly include: sample design,debugging on sample function and key parameter performance index,construction of circuit board test system and functional performance test.Through debugging and system testing and compared with similar products and traditional testing methods,it is proved that the test system designed in this paper has excellent performance and can fully meet the actual test requirements of the product line.
