Bag-making is an important process in the soft-plastic packaging product line. Bag-making machine is the primary equipment during bag-making working procedure. The whole working procedure of bag-making includes position control, length control, temperature control, traction control and cutting. The thesis mainly expatiates on the research of temperature control. The constant temperature control of electricity heating-up equipments is a universal technique in industry, and the control methods commonly are traditional Bang-Bang or PID algorithm. Because industrial equipments always have the characters of great inertia, nonlinearity, multi-variable coupling, the control effects of traditional arithmetic are always not good enough for need. The material of plastic film is very sensitive to temperature. The thesis designs a Fuzzy-PID controller, experiments prove it's very effective. And the temperature error reduces to ±0.5℃. The thesis involves these primary contents:Firstly, setting up the hardware platform. Selecting high-powered MCU 80C196KC as the system microprocessor, and selecting thermocouple as temperature sensing component, using AD590 to measure environment temperature. Secondly,according to characters of the been-controlled object:great inertia,structure parameters changing with time, the thesis provides a new Fuzzy-PID controller, it can change the P, I, D parameters on-line. Finally, using MCS96 assemble language completes main program and system sub-functions, using C++Builder to implement PC communication management software.
