Since the innovation of China, especially after the entrance of WTO, foreign capitals have been into the Chinese publishing industry in various of forms. The distribution of Chinese publication has been opened. By collaborating with Chinese enterprises, these foreign capital enterprises, in fact, have already come into publishing books, magazines, etc.These foreign capital enterprises brought advanced ideas and abundant resource to China, at the same time, they also brought great impact to Chinese publishing industry. It is a noteworthiness question for discussion that how do we deal with the problems that foreign capital enterprises brought to us.There are four parts of this thesis:Part one talks about the background that foreign capitals come into China.
