| With 20 years rapid development, Chinese publishing industry change very much, and become one of most vital industries of our country in recent years. But compared with other country, there is still many defects short of our publishing industry. But compared with other country, there is still many defects. How to enhance the standardization and to secure the rapid and healthy growth have become the crucial demands of publishing industry. This thesis analysis and studies some problem of the Chinese publishing industry based on findings report, and tries to seek new development countermeasure for the reference of this trade.This thesis consists of two parts.Part â… Problem Analysis of Publishing industry Major problems of Chinese publishing industry were discussed: (â… ) Amazing waste on useless supply. More than 170 thousand books were published by publishing house every year, it is flourishing on qutanum, but the cost is surprising waste. "Foam publishing" was raised 1990's which show the useless supply of publishing industry. After several years development, this phenomenon isn't improved and even worse. "Repeat publishing", "following publishing" etc. are the main reasons. (â…¡) Unbalance construction and improper ratio. The findings report showed that the reader isn't quite satisfied with the books on market, it is concerned with the unbalanced construction of publishing. The reason is the publishing house think highly of teaching material and look down upon normal one; think highly of social science book and look down upon natural science one; think highly of books for citizen and look down upon peasant. (â…¢) Backward market concept. The enhanced book dost, confused circulation link and lack supervise result in high price; The way of obtain book message is too little; there is no much style and way for book sale, too much link not only extend the speed of book circulation but also affect the respond of message. (â…£) Out of control of the publishing resource The quality of the publishing house is quite different, the dificience in human resources was caused by lack of encouraging and successor; Author resources protecting and discovering aren't enough, author resources was neglected as a very important human resources.Part â…¡ Countermeasure studies on book publishing industry. This part discussed the develop countermeasure of the book publishing industry from six aspects: sources, prerequisite, soul, power, key and guarantee. (â… ) The sources of publishing industry is strengthen author troops. Author is the teal source of publishing industry, strengthen excellent author troop is the guarantee of continuous works, which ensure there is enough book to be published and sold by publishing house. One of important point of develop author source is establish the information storehouse of author's remuneration, respect author, protect the benefit of author encourage author writing, protect and use the author resources. Publishing house should have the strategic thinking of talented person, train and bring up talent staff, think over from the overall, carry out from single point, plan the future both the long-term and yearly develop target are important.
