| This article emphasizes on the disposal of information resource in digital library, discusses the vital role of ontology in information resource disposal, and constructs a simple library science ontology model.Along with information society'ss arrival, the people become more and more rely on the Internet. As a result of the richness and openness of internet information, everyone can easily browses, gains or offers information. And therefore web becomes an important way to get knowledge. However, with the unceasing inflation of internet, the shortcomings of unstructured web site and irregular hyperlink become severer day by day. The rich, variety and dynamic of web content brings many difficulties to people. Even the digital librarians - the guidance of information times have no enough ability to provide the materials what the readers ask accurately and efficiently. The reason is that there is no perfect scheme and good strategy and can not provide persons with the retrieval method that based on the semantic layer.This article pays emphasis on the disposal of the digital information resource. Through the ways of paper investigation, practical method, contrast and analysis, induction and experiment, the paper draws attention on the method of the disposal of digital resource. Then the paper illustrates the vital role of ontology on the disposal of information resource by making a library science ontology.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction to the language and protocol of the traditional method of the disposal of information resource. In this part, the paper firstly discusses the language .Then it dicusses about the standard and criterion.The second part discusses the metadata and resource description frame(RDF). And next it details the structure of Dublin Core and the meanings of various items and discusses the structure and characteristic of RDF, and gives an example to depict this model.The third part discusses the newest method of the disposal of information resource. Then disscusses the applicational theory.The fourth part is mainly about how to apply ontology into the proposal of the information resource and makes a library science ontology. |
