Lots of digital education resources appear when the modern information technologychange the education model, now, because of lacking uniform semantic description for theeducational resources that lead to people could not accurately and efficiently use theeducational resources which is a geometric progression growth, distributed and variouseducation resources, and the education could not pay their role fully for the reason. The modelof education information resources based on ontology which uses education resourcesstandard description to tag the resource and provide a semantic based resource retrievalinterface.Under the background that most universities promote digital campus constructionvigorously, the mode of education resources reorganization that based on ontology integrationmodel will speed up the process of the education information, and reduce the developmentcosts of resources, improve the resources utilization, make the resources pay a rolemaximize.First of all, the thesis studies the ontology theory and the semantic web deeply from theaspects such as concept of the ontology, the structure of the ontology, the ontology descriptionlanguage, the modeling approach of the ontology, the classification of the ontology and theapplication of the ontology in semantic web. Secondly, the paper summarizes the educationinformation resources integration of basic principle based on studying education resourcesconstruction standard and the corresponding information technology and proposes anontology-based mode of educational resources integration, which includes five levels:diversity of digital educational resources layer, unified resources specification of constructiondescription layer, ontology-based educational resources layer, service layer and presentationlayer. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the corresponding classifications and attributes about theeducational resources specification construction in detail. Taking the ideology of the spiralconstruction build the global ontology of the educational resources and I also research thestorage way of the owl ontology. Fourthly, the paper analyzes many of existing educationalresources in resources webpage contents and format, studies the resource access method andthe global ontology for semantic annotation method, the resources will be instantiated, thelink lay the foundation for the educational resources integration retrieval. Finally, I design anddevelop an educational resources integration simulation system based on the global ontologyof the educational resources. The system provides effective semantic query interface, throughthe OWL language reasoning mechanism, retrieval the annotated educational resources, the implement of the systematic search function, validates the proposed model integration effectand technology feasibility.
