| Mobil picket is an important part of the police integration information processing system. Using the terminals such as cellphone can note and process the information of the drivers and vehicle peccancy. It can make the picket more canonical, enhance the work efficiency, increase the consciousness of the police and enhance the quality of the picket works. The thesis introduces the researches of the domestic mobile picket system, analyses the requirements of the ZhengZhou mobile picket operation and understands the problems to be resolved. The thesis designs the architecture of the mobile picket system network with cache service. The thesis brings forward attemperation model of the inside and outside network data exchange based on data cache, and researches the basic policies to transfer and process the mobile telephone notes. The thesis also discusses the realization measures of the auto processing system in mobile picket, and probes in the problems of realizing the data validity, integrity, consistency in picket system. To research the mobile picket system can promote the normalization and standardization development of the information constructing in police system.
