Today, with the development of mobile communication, whatever region that be covered by wireless communication will produce weak signal district and blind area. Therefore, it is very necessary to design a machine that has the function of small base-station. The machine is Repeater. Repeater has more advantages when compared with base-station. For example, simple structure, few investment and convenient installation. It has good prospect in wireless communication. So, Repeater is widely welcomed by mobile operators.In order to enhance the maintenance and control function, this text makes a new design to the comprehensive monitoring system of Repeater, including collectivity design of system, hardware design and software design of monitoring system.Firstly, the collectivity design of the system is developed. In the scheme design of system, all kinds of analytical theories and estimate- decision measures are used in the text. Under the guidance of these theories, the hardcore conception design of the system is completed. Then, the collectivity target of system is established.Secondly, the monitoring system of Repeater is developed. This part is divided into two portions. One is the facture of hardware, the other is the design of firmware. The design of the system hardware adopts modularization design. The performances of significant chip applied in the hardware are introduced following the statement of circuit design idea and the design principles in each functional module. In the design of the firmware, after the introduction of the design idea and module functions, this text makes particular discussion to main program and interrupt program with flow charts.At last, the software of monitoring center is developed. Because of no time, the author completed the execution of interface.On the basis of the research results above the relative hardware and software design are completed and the repeater comprehensive monitoring system has been developed, which is advanced and applied in a sense.
