China mobile market developed very fast in recent years. The number of china mobile subscribers which increased to 400 million until the end of sept. 2006, reaches the first place in the world. The huge mobile market greatly boosts the development of china communication technology and it's industrialization. Now mobile communication systems such as GSM,CDMA IS-95,PAS are booming in China. And 3G program is being carried out very soon. Repeaters play an important role in the development of these communication systems. Simple and flexible, repeaters offer an important way to solve problems of mobile communication. If you use repeaters, you need not to deploy base site equipments. You can deploy repeaters easily and flexibly. Different types of repeaters are adequate for different uses. As repeaters become more and more important for mobile communication, it is meaningful to engage in the research and manufacture of china repeaters. This paper mainly tells us how to design and carry out a network management system of repeaters. In fact, this system mostly uses TCP/IP network consultative for reference and holds GSM network consultative,CDMA network consultative and so on. It uses PCI interface with USB extend clip and PCI interface with RS232 extend clip (one board clip has multiple USB or RS232 interface). It allows the interface of the repeaters increase in hardware and also be good in software which means that it can hold out more repeaters with the system stability. This not only reduces the spending of the rebuild such as production room's build for the providing companies but also is very important in strengthening and uniting the providing companies and other large-scale regulation.The first part of the main body gives a brief outline about repeaters, including the definition, types and development. After the readers have some ideas, we will further introduce the integrated network management system of repeaters and design of this system. The third chapter to sixth chapter mostly introduces designs of communication layer,protocal layer,application layer and display layer of the network management system of repeaters. The seventh chapter is about the design of database of this system. Finally direct network management system of repeaters in a summary prospects.
