With the gradual increase of the aging population in China,the number of empty-nest old people and elderly people suffering from chronic diseases is increasing day by day.Therefore,how to accelerate the construction of social pension services has become an important issue in social construction.At present,most of the old-age care institutions in China use the"separation of care and support" model for endowment management,and the utilization of medical resources is not high.Based on this,in order to enable the elderly to receive timely and effective rehabilitation and treatment,medical care combines old-age care(in hospital The establishment of retirement wards,community health service agencies,the establishment of nursing homes,pension institutions,and medical institutions are adjacent to each other,etc.)has become a trend in the development of the pension service industry.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of elderly physical indicators,this paper uses data mining techniques to construct' an elderly health management system based on analysis of elderly data and helping to achieve medical integration.This paper uses Java WEB.Technology completes the design and implementation of the system.The main tasks of this article are:1.Constructed a physical index data push and early warning work flow to promote the real-time response of medical resources in endowment service terminals.Through the introduction of physical indicator data push and early warning mechanisms in the aged care service for the aged care institutions,the traditional medical care combination method has been changed.The combination of medical care and support has changed from a periodic state to a real-time response state,and the quality of care for the elderly has been improved while using medical care more efficiently.Resources.Make the elderly health care more efficient and convenient.2.Established an early warning model for elderly health indicators based on decision trees.Using data analysis technology,a decision tree model of regularized maximum likelihood function is established and used as a loss function.This model analyzes the physical index data of the elderly and explores the key physical indicators that affect the combination of medical care and rehabilitation.Combining a dynamic threshold warning system and a large number of predictive training and cross-testing steps through the early warning system,the system can ensure correct response and reduce the false alarm rate.3.Designed and implemented a prototype of a medical care combined system using Java Web and data analysis technology.The system mainly includes the health management of the elderly,the use of physical data for early warning,graded treatment,and management notifications.The nursing staff can be informed of the prognosis of the elderly condition in time,and the nursing staff can select whether to notify the doctor according to the pre-alarm situation;the informing doctor can be informed of the medical records of the elderly through the system and give a treatment plan.It is possible to share information on the condition of the elderly between nursing homes and hospitals,and to achieve a seamless connection between the two,so as to achieve the purpose of medical care and integration.It provides a certain reference value and design basis for the similar design of the medical support system.
