With the vigorous development of Internet technology and information technology in China over the past decade,Internet information technology is inevitably changing the ecology of traditional industries.Through the combination of a new generation of information technology and the medical service industry,a smart medical service model has emerged.Smart medical care takes electronic health records as the core and is mainly used in medical services,health management,and resident services.The information integration system realizes regional information integration,solves the problem of unreasonable resource allocation,and optimizes the medical experience of patients.Nowadays,many medium and large hospitals have established information management systems with traditional business models.However,due to the backwardness of technology and business models,they cannot bear the burden of the new generation of smart medical care.Therefore,the latest Internet technology is used to establish A smart medical service platform with high availability has certain meaning.The smart medical service platform introduced in this article is a platform system designed to help patients solve medical problems and help hospitals manage related information.The system is a professional service platform that supports many functions such as intelligent mobile terminal display,medical information acquisition,intelligent diagnosis and treatment,data collection,analysis and statistics,and has been officially launched in many large and medium-sized hospitals.In terms of overall module division,the system is divided into three modules: front-end display module,back-end service module,and system operation and maintenance.The back-end service module of the system includes service management,electronic health card management,online consultation,appointment registration and other functional sub-modules.I participated in the requirement analysis and outline design of the project during the development of the system,and participated in the design and implementation of the overall microservice architecture of the system,the functional interface design of some sub-modules of the back-end service module and the realization of business logic.The smart medical service platform adopts a design scheme of separation of front and back ends.The back-end module is based on Spring Cloud to implement a micro-service architecture and uses SpringBoot to quickly develop a single micro-service.Each service is independently deployed and released in Docker,providing a lightweight RESTful interface,through the Spring Cloud feign component to complete the mutual calls between services,and other common components of the Spring Cloud microservice framework ecology are also used in the development process.The front-end module faces smart mobile terminals,using mpvue as the front-end development framework.The system uses MySQL relational database for data management,and redis as the cache database.
