With the increasing of our country's comprehensive national power, the TV media's industrialization scale, economic strength and influential power have got overall promotion, TV has become main current and forceful media in our country's media industry。 In the meantime, with the unceasing progress of media's technology and the further speeding up of the economic globalization course, the line among different media have been becoming more and more indistinct, the competition among them have becoming more and more intense。 The TV media are facing the internal extrusion from other communication media in our country and the external pressure from foreign media Groups。 The competitive pattern is continually changing。 The reform on TV system and the industrialization management for being big and strong TV are going deeper and deeper。 As an important component and an indispensable effective, the urban TV have not come to distinctive management strategy of TV industrialization, just because of lack of strong support from media's polities, smaller management scale and shortage of management talents.To conform to the development of situation and need of reform, this thesis quotes the theory on strategic management to analyze in detail the current situation of urban television stations and the management environment where they are lying and the resource they are owning. And it uses the SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of their own and the opportunities and challenges they are facing with. As a result, this thesis defines the strategic community positioning that takes the citizen viewers as main factor, and the country viewers around the city as secondary, and puts forward to the basic management strategy -- the differentiation focus strategy and other supplementary strategy that suit the industrialization management of urban television stations.The findings in this paper are valuable to the industrialization management of urban television stations. Because it is written from a completely new angle and together with the characters of economic globalization era. And it hopes to take the theory to a high layer.
