In this competitive and the transformation time,various trades and occupations continual are designing and adjusting a suitable path for their survival and development.Media industry is also experiencing a revolution,the one who seizes takes the initiative,marries with the capital market,sets up the pivot first,snatched this release lever,could grasp the initiative of the market.Thus it can be seen,the industrial management's strategic plan and the tactical arrangement directly determines the success or failure of the television industry,which has also become a task that every television station is constantly exploring in its business practice.This article take the Chinese television industry's macroscopic environment as a background,has analyzed the success and failure of Inner Mongolian television station in the media operation and in the industrial construction process experience,and gives the Inner Mongolia television stations some business strategy thinking and put forward suggestions after researching the process of industrial development and the typical pattern of successful experience of the other television stations.The paper tries to proceed from reality,combined with the theory,do some theoretical study on the development of Inner Mongolia television industry.The present paper altogether divides into five parts.The first part clarifies the background,motive,goal,and also the structure of the research;The second chapter the part carries on the related literature discussion;The third part analyses the management present situation of the Inner Mongolian television station industry;The fourth part proposes the management strategy mentality and countermeasure of Inner Mongolian television station industrial;The fifth part is the result and discuss,according to the result of empirical research proposes the conclusion of this research.
