Automatic Meter Reading Management Software System Design

According to the method of developing a software project,thethesis mainly discussed the study and design of the Auto-meteringManagement Software System in four phases:design of database;designof man-machine conversation;design of communication and realization of its emluator;design of integrated management of the system.At first,the thesis introduced the development of the Auto-metering system home and overseas. Then,the thesis introduced the hardware environment of the Auto-metering system, the analysis of the demand of the Auto-metering Management Software System and the two software tools:Visual C++ and SQL Server.After that ,the thesis emphasized on the following contentrhow to create new user database and its index using SQL Server 7.0 and Transact-SQL;how to realize man-machine conversation using Visual C++ 6.0;how to manage and use the database,how to realize the serial communication of the software system;how to manage the user of the software system and so on.At last, the thesis describled the design and realization of the communication emluator in detail.Involoving the two main parts of developing a software project:project defining and designing, The thesis has been of a little reference value for the people who is developing a software project.
