Online shopping is deeply loved by the vast majority of young people because of its convenience,rapidity and richness,which leads to the increasing sales of e-commerce and the gradual improvement of its services.The after-sale service is a judgment based on the planning,system,resources,characteristics,quantity,time and activities,processes and effects.So the evaluation of "after-sales service" is bound to cover the requirements of the overall service system.After analyzing the detailed requirements of the product after sale evaluation management system at the present stage,this paper summarizes the main functions that should be included in the management system,such as order processing,commodity management,payment management,member management,evaluation management,statistical report and so on.The product after-sale evaluation management system uses a relatively mature client technology scheme,the top layer of the system is the web page application on the existing terminal computer,the middle layer is the core part of the management system,including the system engine and system access service,the bottom is the system operation logic and the database.The product after-sale evaluation management system is structured in the way of component architecture,which makes the system more convenient and convenient in the development and maintenance,and greatly improves the efficiency of the system development and maintenance.The purpose of this study is to help enterprises to manage a large number of after-sale product evaluation information,and to show the information in a graphic way,so as to help enterprises make correct decisions.Under the rational resource management,it is more efficient to open up a blank channel market,increase the coverage and depth of sales,improve the efficiency of end to end communication,to achieve rapid response and enhance the support of sales channels.
