Research And Application Of Designing Workflow Platform Technology In E-government

E-govemment is an important way to establish a disinterested govemment, improving work efficiency and sharing information to aim to conformity all kinds of information in government using computer technology, information technology , modern management technology and to implement effective e-government platform to not only implement government work in single node but also join every node to make work automatically. This is a matter that is resolved by workflow technology.Aim to this request, the paper brings forward a design scheme of workflow based on open source workflow engine. Using open source technology can enhance security and agile. The schema divides users into three parts: normal users, system managers, system developer. Due to three levels of users, the aim of each level of users is specific and the whole platform's design has further detail and can effectively improve maintenance and expansibility.This paper is based on J2EE environment. The system combines open source workflow engine with process definition and put it into e-government environment. We construct a workflow development platform. Its main conclusion is as follows:1. Using J2EE technology to construct the whole workflow development platform can save a lot of money and meet needs of high usability, reliability and expansible and improve maintenance.2. Using open source workflow products to construct an e-government system can improve agility and expansibility, design flexibly work flow, reduce cost of maintenance, and enhance reliability of system development.
