With the coming of economic globalization and informatization, the focus of enterprise competition turns to agility gradually. Whether enterprises can response rapidly to the demands of the market become a key factor of upon which success or failure depends.This paper deals with an enterprise as a study object. From the angle of agile supply chain, I design a 4-layer agile supply chain management system based on Browser/Client, applying popular struts framework and hibernate technology to it and abandoning the shortcoming of traditional 3-layer WEB system. The whole system integrates and delivers the dispersive data used in the management process. It reconfigures enterprise' agile supply chain management system from basic information system, purchase management system, stock management system, production management system, selling management system and finance management system. It realizes the link of operation modules and implements uniform management of agile supply chain.The paper's main contributions are:1 .Theoretically, it applies advanced agile supply chain and agile manufacturing ideas and gives a deeply analysis of the matters in the manufacturing enterprise. Based on the detailed requirement analysis, it provides a whole set of solution. The object it research is an enterprise whose main business is material processing and accessory assembling. The analysis results and solution paper supplies not only can solve the practical problems of enterprise, but also is typical and quotable in a certain extent. It can be referred by other manufacturing enterprises.2. In practical application, according to traditional 3-layer WEB system, I put forward 4-layer WEB system based on browser/client structure. The permanence layer is separated from logic layer. It not only solves unmatched relation between object elements and relation database, but also reduces the complexity of logic layer. The efficiency of program development is improved and the transferability, expendability and maintainability are enhanced greatly.
