MoonStar automatic control is a leader of electronic industry company which has great fame in electronic industry. With the high improvement of the marketing, the enhancement in collaborative commerce is raised to the company and business partners. The best practice for resolving this situation is building a platform which has great capacity of integrating all of business partner and processes in different hierarchy, and monitoring various phases of process. This platform is focusing on improving workflow management, data exchange and support to Marketing changes. During the enterprise management process, most of enterprises invest so many costs in their information structure, such like ERP, SCM or other related application. Otherwise, the most of their information applications have different framework, business process and data formats. Hence, our major object is about to build a platform for system integration, data exchange and information sharing in different framework, and bring the added-value to our company.At first, the situation of the collaborative commerce in MoonStar is discussed. The major problems and great challenges of collaborative commerce via internet are analyzed also. Abase all, the advantage and disadvantage between the RosettaNet and popular e-business frameworks are identified why RosettaNet is the focal point to this platform. Afterward, as per the analysis of business process in application integration, collaboration order management and collaboration product design, the major functions in new platform are elicited. Based on above analysis, the application framework and detail in realization of regarding modules are provided, and how to develop Web service integration based on RosettaNet standard are represented also. At last, the current shortness and the perspective of this application are analyzed.
