Research And Development Of Collaborative Electronic Commerce System

With the development of network economic, the relationship between traditional enterprises is changing from a simple merchandise relation to competition, cooperation and collaboration. The changes conclude the traditional production and trading into various kinds of coordination.For a new service or a traditional service, the collaborative commerce mainly deals with how to utilize and conform the resources of two or more companies to maximize the resources efficiency in the new system consequently, to create benefits for the collaborative commerce.Based on the Mortgage systems of Agriculture Bank of ShanXi Province, several topics are discussed. In initial part, the status quo analysis, the basic definition and fundamental business framework of the collaborative commerce are introduced.The author mainly focuses on the technique concept, thearchitecture of collaborative commerce in design and operation phases, which includes the business model, data structure, system monitoring and other technical issues in detail. Then, it mainly deals with the data security technologies. In particular, the technology of data soft-isolation is designed for the data security of C-commerce. In the end of the paper, as a case, the Mortgage systems of Agriculture Bank of ShanXi Province is designed in detail.
